I’m so excited to share the wonders of nature and the magic that can be grown in the challenging conditions of the high desert. At Covey Fields, we focus on sustainable and organic practices, celebrating the wildlife and pollinators that call our fields home. Our namesake comes from the covey of quail that frolic and forage through the gardens, a enduring reminder of the interconnectedness of our world.

Covey Fields is the labor of love of me, Emily. Drawing from a lifetime of gardening and my work in the non-profit world, I have a passion for educating and inspiring others to find beauty, peace, and awe in nature — all while cultivating gorgeous blooms for my community.

As a floral designer, I’m deeply committed to using local flowers and products whenever possible. Not only are they stunning, but they also feel authentic to this place, carrying the story of Central Oregon in every stem.

I feel incredibly grateful to pursue my dream of growing and designing flowers, and I hope that by sharing my work and the joy of the garden, I can inspire you to grow, create, and connect with the natural world as well.
