At Covey Fields, I design florals that feel natural, seasonal, and deeply connected to the land we’re on. Based in Central Oregon, my work is inspired by what’s growing around us — the colors, textures, and movement each season brings.
My style is organic and garden-inspired. I love working with blooms at their peak, mixing textures, and letting each stem do what it wants to do. Nothing is overly structured or forced. The result is florals that feel fresh, thoughtful, and true to the moment they’re created.
Growing and Designing with Intention
Caring for the land is at the core of Covey Fields. Sustainability isn’t a trend for me — it’s a responsibility and part of who I am. In practice, that looks like:
-
Growing without harmful chemicals to protect pollinators and soil health
-
Composting and reusing green waste to build healthier soil
-
Sourcing from other Central Oregon flower farms whenever possible to support local growers and reduce transportation impacts
This approach keeps our footprint small and allows me to offer flowers that are fresher, more vibrant, and better for the environment.
Why Local Flowers Matter
Choosing local flowers in Central Oregon makes a real difference. Many imported flowers travel thousands of miles and rely on heavy packaging and chemical treatments to survive the journey. The flowers I grow and source:
-
Travel a short distance from field to vase
-
Support local farmers and small businesses
-
Reflect the natural rhythms and seasons of Central Oregon
Local flowers don’t just look better — they feel better, too. They’re more connected to place and come with a much smaller environmental impact.
Working With Covey Fields
As a Central Oregon florist focused on local and sustainable floral design, I believe your flowers should reflect who you are, what you value, and how you want your day to feel.
Whether I’m designing for a wedding, an event, or a meaningful gathering, my goal is always the same: florals that feel intentional, personal, and never cookie-cutter. For couples and clients who care about sustainability, working with Covey Fields means your flowers are thoughtfully grown or sourced locally and designed with respect for the environment.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting flowers — you’re getting a collaborative, thoughtful design experience rooted in care, creativity, and connection.
Rooted in Place
The name Covey Fields comes from the covey of quail that regularly wander through the gardens. They’re a constant reminder of the relationship between healthy land, thriving wildlife, and the flowers we grow.
From sustainable wedding florals to event designs and seasonal bouquets, Covey Fields offers designs that celebrate beauty while honoring the place they come from — right here in Central Oregon.
